The average person in India spends more than 54 hours weekly at their job. That’s a lot of time to be unhappy. Unfortunately, the majority of India is unhappy with its current job situation. A recent study shows that only about 20% of workers feel engaged and passionate about their work.
The rest of the workforce is either unengaged or actively disengaged. It is a huge problem because it leads to a decrease in productivity and an increase in health problems. And also, the remaining will be disappointed because of their company behaviour and working environment.
The root of the problem is the way most corporations treat their employees. Most companies are more interested in making a profit than they are in the well-being of their workers. It often leads to a toxic work environment and unhappy employees. Anyone can leave for his mercy; they are treated very rudely in front of whole employees, making their leaving process difficult.
This blog post will explore the dark side of the corporate world and how most companies mistreat their employees. We’ll also discuss what you can do to protect yourself from being taken advantage of by your employer.
You’ve probably heard many stories about how big corporations mistreat their employees. These stories range from sexual harassment to discrimination and everything in between. Unfortunately, many of these stories are true.
While it’s easy to imagine that employees of large corporations are treated like cattle, the reality is often even worse. In most cases, the workers are treated like expendable resources that can replace at any time. It is especially true in digital marketing companies, Digital Marketing agencies, etc.
In a Corporate company, there is no respect for loyalty and honesty. These companies have only one motive to make a profit regardless of price.
Wait… There is another side of a corporate company related to their employees, which means there are many types of employees in every company.
1. Visible Employees - These types of employees smile at other employees. They are happy in any situation. But they finish their work very fast. That's why they can only stay for a short time in any company. Because earning money is always the second priority of these types of employees
2. Invisible Employees - These types of employees cannot relate to other employees. They can focus and always follow their company's rules, whether wrong or right. They work silently and leave silently according to the rules and regulations of the company. They make no friends in our corporate company. If they make friends, it means “Daal mein kuch Kala Hai Boss”.
3. Egoist Employees - These employees have different levels of treating others. They have pride in their language, culture, and the state where they belong. A team member from Haryana always talks in their language and style. They talk in their language in the corporate company, but sometimes the way of talking is wrong, and they can hurt people but cannot accept it. To handle these types of people talking in his way means "Badtameezi Se" means (Tit For Tat).
4. Badtameez Employees - These are my favourites because they always use abusive words in their language, but they can show only a bad image to others by heart. They are cool and honest. These types of people can work silently without fear of seniors, and when they make any mistake, they can accept it. They are not shy, and their friendship will remain during and after the office.
They use their heart at work and during talking but do not use their brains. That's where their problem arises. They can share everything with any person, their seniors or juniors. That's why they suffer most in their personal life and corporate life.
